Beautiful food and knowledgeable staff. The amount of choice in the restaurant for Sunday dinner was impressive, all the main courses were gluten free and all but one of the starters could be adapted. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely meal in the bistro/bar. Staff were extremely courteous, well trained, friendly, and informative. The food was delicious and well presented. The beef bourguignon, which was the special of the day, was classic and perfect. Roast cod is also excellent, from the varied gluten-free menu. Children's menu and food are also very good. The highlight was the dessert, lemon posset, served with rhubarb, pecans, and lemon sorbet. I can't remember a better dessert, and I've had plenty! All this is set in a wonderful location within the Ring of Gullion. Top notch.
