Kim's

The food is amaaaazing! We had kfc wings, fries, Napa cabbage kimchi, kabocha squash, rice cakes and cheese (like Mac and cheese), spam fried rice, and a poached pear with whipped tofu. It was sooo incredible, all of it. The rice cakes and cheese can be made without bread crumbs. The owner brought it out and made sure we knew it was bread crumb free since I cannot eat gluten. The workers brought out some gluten-containing items my husband ordered and made it very clear that I could not eat them (I appreciated that clarity!!). The lychee martini and corn tea highball are both really yummy. They did a great job! It was especially impressive considering they opened five days ago. The staff know what they’re doing, which is not always the case at a new restaurant.
