Kindles Wood Fired Brick Oven Italian Pizzeria

Thin crust, wood fired pizza. Generous selection of toppings and because they are so thin, they cook very quickly. They make a gluten free crust - from scratch! - not using a national brand crust, and they have non-dairy cheese options. Even the celiac in my family was able to eat there without getting sick! Not a lot of seating but because they cook so quickly you won't wait long for takeout.

my sister and i are both celiac and were super surprised to find a place within a mile of us to have gluten free pizza with good reviews of its safety. we got two pizzas, one being vegan. fair prices. owner/employee confirmed on my way out that the pizzas are gluten free with one being vegan. pizza is incredibly delicious and the crust is fluffy and crispy. absolutely will be ordering again ❣️

We were immediately greeted when we walked in. My wife has a gluten allergy and we are both vegan. The gentleman who took our order was very very knowledgeable and accommodating to our restrictions. He double checked our order details before placing them order. He made it clear that the GF pizza was cooked on a metal sheet, and that a new clean pizza cutter was used! VERY, VERY impressed with how thoroughly seriously Kindles took our restrictions! And the pizza was A-frickin-mazing.
