Shocking disappointment in food. Got the avocado toast and it looked toasted, but wasn’t. Strange flavors that don’t go together- tangy kale salad with cranberries that reminded me of Fred Meyer’s deli section, alongside my 3 pieces of “toast” that had what tasted like guacamole from a tube, bad, unmelted vegan cheese, and a layer of real avocado. Then, a side of tahini… to drizzle on the toast? Idk but I set it aside. The free coffee at our hotel was slightly better. Vibe was a little Panera-esqe, strangely, especially considering the name of the place, which has Japanese origin. Maybe the juices are good? They looked good. The one Gluten free pastry we had was great! Should have stuck with the bakery concept only, IMO. Friendly staff.
