Poor from beginning to end. the lady taking the orders wasn’t wearing a mask even though other servers were. the kitchen staff were clearly visible from the restaurant one chef had his visor permanently up and the other had her mask only covering her mouth. After a discussion with the server one of our party ordered the ONLY vegan gluten free starter a risotto; they came out with a breadcovered ball of some sort when we queried it they said it wasn’t vegan and took it back to “restart it” meantime the rest of our party went ahead and ate their starters, when it came out for the second time they brought EXACTLY the same starter a breadcrumbed ball saying it was now vegan we asked was it gluten free and it was NOT so we sent it back saying we wouldn’t bother with a starter, when the original lady eventually reappeared after the mains were served we mentioned the problem. She apologised saying it would be taken off the bill; GUESS what, they didn’t bother to even do that- the lady in question went off on her break, when the bill came we had to ask them to take it off the bill as we hadn’t received it. Our verdict- disappointing and careless
