We decided to visit this place based on its excellent reviews. The two of us ordered gluten-free pizza, and it felt more like a fast food venue rather than a sit-down, relax anbd connect restaurant.
One aspect really disappointed me: hygiene.
The pizza was served on plastic cutting boards, and I noticed a staff member wearing latex gloves while cutting our pizza. Unfortunately, he was also handling receipts and performing other tasks without changing his gloves in between. I only realised this after we had finished eating. If a staff member is handling receipts and food with the same gloves amoung other tasks, they should change their gloves before preparing each pizza.
