It is a delicious post. The texture is that of a profiterole. We tried the cinnamon one and the matcha one. They are exquisite and gluten free!!

Omggggg finally a gluten free cream puff!!! Cinnamon undertone, with fragrant matcha cream inside. It’s not super crispy but for someone who cannot eat gluten the flavour makes up for the texture. Bought two back to back. Im in happy tears.
