Knead More Dough

Pastry shop started out on the right foot but now gone downhill with catering to gluten-free nonsense. Wanted to be a die-hard customer but can't enjoy a nice coffee with a pastry and all the pastries are too sweet and too gooey. Knead more dough has declined in quality trying to cater to gluten-free propaganda and is settling into a mediocre pastry shop.

We finally got to try this place. Pastries are good, pricey in my opinion and too much sugar. The size of each pastry is big enough to share except for the gluten free item (last pic). That thing was tiny!

Hands down THE BEST gluten free chocolate chip cookie. The right texture, the right taste, not sickening sweet, and an amazing price. Lasted two days. As good or better than regular flour. And the almond croissant was staggering! A must even if you are just driving through.
