This review is for anyone trying to search online for more info about the gluten free options: They have gluten free pasta and you can select if it's an allergy. However there is no labeling telling you which sauces are gluten free, and the cheese sauces that need a roux are not gluten free. I reached out to ask and it's only the tomato, Sunday gravy, and vodka sauces. I emailed and didn't hear back so I messaged through Instagram and they contacted the chef.
Great that you can label an allergy for the pasta, but would be nice to not have to ask the very busy staff which sauces are safe or have to reach out to the company since it's labeled nowhere. And not sure if the pesto or anything that's not a "sauce" is gluten free since I only asked about sauces and am not sure if the answer was covering all pasta options.
The service was fairly fast even though it was busy. The GF pasta was OK but nothing special for $3 extra.
