They have gluten free options so that's always a plus for me! We were there with a very large group and they took care of us in a very efficient and timely manner. Everyone's food was correct which doesn't always happen with that many different orders. I'd definitely recommend and will be back myself.

Employees were pleasant though a little more warmth and hospitality would definitely kick their customer service up a notch. The food is delicious, and even though I have a wheat sensitivity and this is clearly a bread place, the salads are worth coming in for. One word of warning for those who have severe food allergies or celiac disease: Kneaders posts a sign in their stores stating that the ingredients in their menu items may have come into contact with milk, soy, eggs, gluten/wheat, shell fish, tree nuts, etc, etc. If you're severely allergic, don't waste your time here.
