Knocks Cafe

Everything in my dish was absolutely delicious and the portion was perfect! I’m on a strict diet right now and also have celiac, so finding a safe place to eat when I’m away from home is always a challenge. The waitresses were kind, understanding, and very prompt, which made the experience even better. Since I live an hour from the nearest town, I usually bring my own lunch—but on this day I was in town for a hospital visit and finally caught this place when it was open. I’m so glad I did! I had the house-made falafel with cucumber, carrot, red cabbage, cilantro, sweet peppers, and a coconut curry dressing. It was fresh, flavorful, and such a treat. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back!

What a lovely little cafe attached to an art gallery. Even the tabletops were "artsy". I enjoyed the open faced sandwich on gluten free with goat cheese, feta, balsamic, tomato spread and Kalamata olives. It was so good. Came plated with kettle cooked chips and a side salad. There was so much food on this plate, I could not finish it! If I am in town again this will be a must-stop.
