My experience went from good to bad to excellent. I ordered take out from the hostess. She didn't seem very understanding of celiac. So the manager came up and made me feel very confident. She told the hostess how to enter in my order and walked away. I placed my order with the hostess got home and had a gluten fried roll in my container with all my other rolls. I called and spoke with the manager to get a refund since I couldn't eat anything at that point and didn't feel like going back out to get a replacement order. She was so apologetic and asked where I lived (which is a good 15 minutes from the restaurant). She told me they would remake my whole order and hand deliver it to my house (they don't offer delivery mind you). I was AMAZED at the wonderful, outstanding customer service and the lengths they took to make this right. Not to mention the sushi was phenomenal! I will be going back. Just don't trust the hostesses and speak with the manager if you are getting take out.
