WOW—what a show at Kobe Japanese Steakhouse! If you can, request Kawasaki 😉—he’s the best! 👍👍
Let’s get the negative out of the way: my old-fashioned wasn’t good, but another guest enjoyed their drink, so it’s a mixed bag. I switched to a Sapporo beer, which was great as expected.
One person in our party had food allergies (seafood and gluten) and loved their filet mignon. They got free extra rice instead of noodles, low-sodium sauces, and—here’s the hack—gluten-free meals are cooked first. If you’re sharing a table, this means you don’t have to wait while others’ food is prepared.
The rest of us enjoyed our meals, but the sodium levels were sky-high, leaving us running to the bathroom. Next time, we’ll order seafood-free and gluten-free for low-sodium sauces and free extra rice instead of noodles and get served first 🤫
Highly recommend Kobe—family-friendly and fun! Hope these tips help make your visit even better.
