Kohlis Waterfront Indian Restaurant
Indian restaurant
Perched on the water's edge, this restaurant offers a warm, inviting ambiance with beautiful waterfront views. While gluten-free options are clearly marked, experiences with staff communication vary, making the atmosphere and setting the primary highlights for gluten-free diners.

Terrible experience this evening. Restaurants should not list gluten free on menu if they are not able or willing to answer questions from people who are coeliac. Being gluten free for some is not a choice but an autoimmune disease! The answer I received from the waiter when asking whether an item (butter chicken marked gluten free) was cooked in the tandoor (with the breads) prior to going in the curry was ‘you need to read the menu and make up your own mind’. Will stick to my favourite local Indian restaurant in the future. Don’t waste your money here! Disappointing

We had the best experience last night due to the waiter Raman who made sure all our food was gluten free. I suffer from celiacs so this was greatly appreciated. The curries were delicious. The owners were so helpful informing staff we would be arriving that evening to advise of our food allergies.
