The short rib koja, a unique sandwich made from crispy rice as the buns, was one of the best things I've eaten in some time. Many an expletive of excitement was uttered while munching. The meat was moist, tender and flavorful, topped with an excellent slaw. It's easy to taste the quality of ingredients used and expertise of preparation. I'm not being hyperbolic; this is my new favorite food item in all of SF, and it's naturally gluten free which unfortunately I need, so I'm double pysched. Beyond that, service was warm and friendly. I was promptly greeted, and asked to be helped. Though I declined, able to use the self service kiosk, and elderly gentleman behind me was guided through his order as I waited, which I appreciated.

Four stars only because the gluten free options are minimal. But the short ribs bowl tasted good!
