It's Saturday night, your the locals choice.. clearly have a wedding reception going on as well as an 80th plus all of your regular punters. Of course having ONE person behind the bar on such a night is ridiculous but, oh well. Oh well appeared to be the flavour of the night, and if I was rating the attitude of the place in that sense, would be an A plus. Unfortunately, kondari was and will be the greatest dissapointment and a series of unfortunate events. While the food actually did taste just fine, when it did eventually arrive.. everything else was a nightmare and at no point did anyone come with a solution, just a range of excuses and a manager who provoked the situation more then necessary by continuing to come over and ask what the problem is, getting told the problems...and still... No solutions.. oops. I'd also recommend absolutely not advertising that you offer gluten free and dairy free/vegan options.. to which your chef then advised they had no idea vegan cheese was on the menu.. sorry? It might be alarming to hear, however some people do suffer from food allergies and your uneducated team might need to educate them self. The best part about the kondari experience was the dominos pizza that we had to get delivered. Also, your staff might need to redo there RSA and not mistake a 14 year old girl as the recepient for a cocktail that was actually for another table "because she had the same blazer ..oops " do better :)
