Great experience at Kook. Took the family for ice creams and milkshakes (so delicious!). But my mum has a lot of dietary restrictions and so usually can't join in with us having ice cream. The owner came out to us and let my mum know that she had both a dairy free ice cream and a gluten free waffle cone. My mum was over the moon. Wonderful service and delicious ice cream. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience. They were very friendly and efficient. They noticed not joining in order for ice creams and offered me lactose free ice cream and gluten free cone as an alternative. Very appreciative.
