Kootenay Grounds Cafe and Bookstore

I absolutely love this little cafe, it is warm, cozy and has the friendliest staff. They offer both gluten-free and regular baking. In my opinion is the best gluten free bakery in town.

Super place. Not only is it a great coffee shop, but the staff is very friendly. The food items are well rounded for choice. Can't stand when too many items are brown flour, gluten free, low sugar, no meats, etc.... this has some alternatives but I can get all the great tasting vices and they change up some of the menu throughout the week! Love the selection of books too.
