Very nice bistro in Kamnik (a delightful village in Slovenia) with a pleasant surprise for those like me who are INTOLERANT to GLUTEN and GARLIC. The premise is that in Slovenia it is very difficult to find something for celiacs and above all that does not contain garlic! 😭 The restaurant, on the other hand, has openly gluten-free dishes such as the delicious breaded fried chicken with corn flakes and pumpkin seeds with a side of crispy potato flan and the gluten-free brownie😋😋. In short, I enjoyed a moment of happiness!

A cosy welcoming place that is a regular stop for our family. Most recently I had the pulled pork sandwich, with cole slaw and horseradish mayonnaise, my wife had Jota, a traditional sauerkraut soup that she really liked, others had their fried chicken (gluten free) and steak with mushroom sauce. All very good. We all like their fried wedge potatoes. Good food in a casual setting, with local beers, hot chocolate, and coffee. A place to return to.
