We love koshō sushi. The staff are very kind and attentive (they recognize and know regulars by name!), food - especially the salmon and saba aburi oshi tastes great, and they have gluten free items noted on their menu. My sister is celiac, and they are familiar with gf/celiac needs and have told us several times that Chef Frank can try to make the other items gf too! Ty so much Koshō team!
