Kota Radja Zwolle

Came here a while back for dinner with the family and found our experience quite underwhelming. My partner flew in to The NL and wanted to introduce my family to some easy Asian food and we decided upon trying Kota Radja. Upon being seated the service was kind yet when we started our dining experience the service lacked actual service, kindness, efficiency and organisation. The food was extremely average to some things not good at all. For instance the wagyu sushi was of such poor quality you were chewing on in-chewable leather, the bibimbap tasted off and sadly many of the dishes lacked flavour or authenticity. We are aware that this establishment is a fusion restaurant, yet that doesn't quantify the bad quality and service we got. For the price we paid and the service- and quality we got, this restaurant has stupendous room for improvement. The reason I am giving 2 stars is that they do accommodate gluten intolerances and nobody got sick.

Delicious food and highly recommended for people with gluten intolerance. There are plenty of gluten-free dishes on the menu and there is no cross-contamination during preparation in the kitchen.
