I'll start by saying this is a beautiful place with a cool vibe. Unfortunately, the food was bland and our service experience was horrific. Our friend ordered a vegan ramen. When he came up to get his order, he saw an egg on the top. He said "oh this has an egg, it's not vegan" and the server REACHED HIS BARE HAND INTO THE SOUP, pulled the egg out, and said "now it's vegan". Our friend (obviously) didn't want it, the server said he can make a new one, and our friend said no thanks and came back to our table. The server came by anyway to drop off a remade ramen, but then after putting it down came back less than a minute later and grabbed it, saying it was the wrong one. I have never seen this kind of service in any restaurant. The level of dismissiveness toward a food restriction was seriously alarming. Our other friend who has celiac disease was worried about whether they were also dismissive with her supposedly GF food. After that experience, our food as a whole was bland and tasteless. Not enough salt or spice in any dish. We came hungry and left without finishing our food.
