Amazing place! They really take care of cross contamination procedures. When they were preparing my order, I heard things like “this is for the gluten allergy” and “did the shrimp touch any of this?” It was super reassuring, and there’s even an option when ordering online to mark for gluten allergy as well as gluten free options for proteins and sauces clearly marked. They know what they’re doing here!
