Krumbs Cakes

The best gluten-free and creative cakes I have ever encountered. I mean it.

I ordered a two tier cake for my wedding. I struggled to find a place that could make a gluten free wedding cake and was relieved to find a place that didn’t charge an obnoxious amount for it being gluten free. I live out of the state and couldn’t fly in to taste test so it was a big hope that it would taste at least decent. My expectations were blown out of the water. The colors did end up being wrong the day of, because I requested a green color on the lower portion of the bottom tier with a silver band. We ended up getting a black color and gold band. The day of it was such a huge deal but having the colors I requested would have been nice. But to be honest, this was such an insanely good gluten free cake that I couldn’t be too upset about the colors. I have *never* had a gluten free cake that good in my life. The icing wasn’t too light or too heavy, and the flavors were so well balanced that I had to take a second to pause when I took my first bite. If I could order one have Krumbs cakes ship me a cake for my birthday every year I absolutely would.
