Don't miss the chance to dine at Kuchu Shabu while visiting the Canyons! This modest yet welcoming restaurant offers a unique and delightful experience. Although they don’t take reservations, they will take your name and call you to let you know when your table is ready.
The food is absolutely delicious – from their flavorful hot pots to their fresh ramen, rice bowls, and poke bowls, every dish is packed with flavor. From offerings of wagyu, elk, prime rib, or vegetarian options, It’s clear that quality ingredients and care go into every meal.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the kindness of the owners and staff. This was a surprisingly memorable dining experience, my husband’s favorite, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. You won’t regret it!

Awesome place to go when looking for something other than traditional mountain comfort food. The owners, Austin and his wife, are great. Austin was super personable and was extremely helpful when explaining the menu and gave great recommendations. As someone with Celiac he explain my options and walked me through the menu. The food was absolutely incredible. The Shabu Shabu was so fun and delicious, especially with A5 Wagu! Wish I lived in Park City because I would be back here every day. Cannot recommend enough!
