Kudo

Pastries with Asian-inspired flavors. Apparently it's also gluten-free, although that wasn't a factor in my choice. Ordered a canele, which had a nice, thick crusty exterior and good rum flavor. The inside was on the fluffy/airy side vs gooey - not sure if that was due to the flour used or just their style. It's a cute, compact store - would pop in again for a quick treat.

After being a coeliac for 15 years I can say that Kudos bakes by far the best gluten free bread and baguettes that I have tasted. The bread also stays fresh for longer than anything else. My only complaint is that they need more stores in Melbourne!

Incredible gluten free bakery, staff are lovely, but the venue is so small that when it is busy it can feel a bit overwhelming. Recommend nonetheless!!
