Kumo Cafe

The pancakes were really good, even the gluten free ones. Service was haphazard, seems it was everyone's first day. They were all very nice, just confused. You must have reservations on Saturday and you pay for your pancakes at the time you book, which is...unusual. They do not have hot lattes, nor additional proteins to have with your pancakes. So, go for the Instagram food photo, enjoy your pancakes. Let's hope they grow into the service.

We had a great experience this morning at Kumo cafe. It was not busy on a weekday morning so we got our gluten-free fluffy pancakes super fast. The ube pancakes were melt in your mouth good, not too sweet. The mango was more sweet, but my kids loved them. My husband got the passion fruit and we all agreed that those were the best because the tartness gives it a nice balance with the sweetness. I also got a ube latte with coconut milk, it was light and refreshing. We can't wait to come back and try some more flavors. The lemon honey ice cream is a MUST, sooo good!
