Kupcakerie East Point

I have ordered mini cupcakes twice now for parties from Kupcakerie, and the most difficult part of the process is selecting the flavors. The second event we ordered customized minis for a graduation party, and they put tiny little university logos on a very thin disc of fondant on top of the frosting. Not only was it was adorable, but the fondant also was so thin that you really didn't notice it as you ate it--which is great for those of us who aren't really fond of the flavor and texture. The very best part of the order, though, is the TASTE. These cupcakes are addictively good. Even in mini form, they are incredibly moist and flavorful. We also deeply appreciated the fact that they have vegan, gluten-free offerings that are just as good as the non-vegan options, which is really important when you have vegan and gluten-free guests in your party. The staff is both responsive and patient if you take a little time to make up your mind, like me ;-). I will go out of my way to get cupcakes from these folks.

Thank you for offering Gluten Free however tbh the worst cupcake. Completely fell apart in crumbles upon opening wrapper. Didn't taste at all like strawberry. The icing had a hint. Not at all what I expected. Wish it was better I had high hopes.

On a Tuesday late afternoon My boyfriend and I met w/ a realtor here because there are not many cafes in Downtown East Point. First great atmosphere perfect for a place to study or meet up for a coffee where it’s chill. Second the gluten free cupcakes are pretty good. A lot of people have reviewed saying the cupcakes taste like Jiffy cornbread which is understandable for gluten free. My strawberry gluten free cupcake didn’t taste like Jiffy cornbread but had similar consistency. Bit disappointed that the inside of the cake had no strawberry flavor but the icing was deliciously strawberry. My boyfriend got the regular carrot cupcake was good nothing to write home about and a latte which he said was decent. (This is considering he was a barista for Starbucks for 2.5 years.) Overall decent cupcakes wish they were bigger. Would come back if we had to meet anyone in the area. It gets busy right after 3:30pm on weekdays.
