Have been here twice since it opened. The wait today was short for 3 on a seemingly very busy Memorial Day lunch. Many people were waiting for a table, might be good to make a reservation if you plan to come during a busy time. There are a lot of servers here and everyone we interacted with was helpful, kind, and in a great mood. The sushi here is great for a conveyor belt spot. The belt never seemed to be empty considering how full the place was, things are replaced quickly and didn’t look to be sitting on the belt for too long. The items ordered on the tablet come out very fast as well. I really enjoyed everything that we tried, the seared salmon was my favorite though. The prices here are fair and I feel that we got a lot of food for what we spent though I do feel that some of the portions for hot items like the vegetable tempura felt a bit small for $8. I do not believe they have gluten free soy sauce so we brought our own with no issue. Overall I loved this place and am very excited to go back…and not just for the prizes you get from turning in plates. Just something I noticed, but if you are sitting near a window it is very hard to see the ordering tablet on a sunny day. Not a big problem at all but maybe the brightness or angle could be slightly adjusted for better viewing.
