Some of the best food we’ve had this trip. Service was excellent and the food was some of the best we have had this trip to Kauai! The Menehune lunch meal I chose included a beautiful salad, real crab rolls, Portuguese bean soup (divine) and rice. It would have included bread, but I’m gluten free. They were great about knowing and understanding allergies. And they have gluten free lilikoi cheesecake! It was delicious. We will definitely dine here again.

This restaurant is a gem. Family owned and operated. Everything on the menu is fresh and 100% homemade. Some of my favorites are - ahi katsu, eggplant parm and the Bombas. These are plate style lunches with salad and side. Fantastic soups and salads too! They always have vegetarian AND vegan options and some gluten free items as well. Chef Ku’ulei’s skills do not stop there! Her desserts will satisfy you for days! A very reasonably affordable and delicious establishment.Tues-Sat 10 am-3pm. They occasionally cater and do small group orders, too!
