Very good food. A good concept that is brilliantly executed. The owner is pleasant, knowledgeable and, perhaps most importantly, can cook. Plus - easy to eat gluten-free. The owner can trace even the smallest traces of gluten in his food.
And yes, it's a salad bar, but you'll definitely be full!
