Best place to eat in Corvara, interesting menu, supporting nicely gluten free - I ate the best schnitzel pork gluten free, and first dish was foamed egg white with cheese crasp on top and the egg yolk at the bottom... You must try.
The service is excellent - pleasant - not disturbing and not "missing" - great timing.
If you have special needs like gluten free - better to reserve a day in advance and consult about your selected dish.
