L’Ulivo Cucina & Pizzeria

This is the second time we have ordered from L'ulivo by phone. The first time we ordered one pizza too many, but we ended up paying for it anyway and taking it home. We gave the pizzeria another chance and ordered again by phone. A salad, a pizza and a gluten-free pizza. During the phone call we made sure that the order was taken correctly this time. After 40 minutes I made my way to pick it up. Here came the first surprise. There was no more gluten-free dough. This had just been ordered in the restaurant. So we had to switch to a gluten-free pasta, which still had to be made. Shortly afterwards, other guests appeared who had the same problem. After about 20 more minutes the pasta was ready and I was paid. But the salad and the normal pizza were still missing. While I was waiting, the guests who arrived after me were also brought their orders and also given a free dessert for their inconvenience. After I asked for another 5 minutes where the rest of my order was, the salad also arrived. Now the pizza was missing. This came at the end after another 8 minutes of waiting. There was no free dessert (but I didn't care at that point). We went home fully served. Here came the next surprise. Our salad was just arugula, tomatoes and mushrooms. The parmesan was completely missing. After a few bites, we also noticed that a live beetle was included in our salad for free. Unfortunately, after two failed attempts, we probably won't try again.
