L' approdo

Service was normal, but the restaurant is not as gluten free as they advertise. In the menu you will find gluten symbols to identify gluten free food, but don’t trust them, we asked about a few plates as we wanted to be sure and discovered for that the “Flutes” were made with wheat flour. At that point our trust was completely gone and we kept discovering they did not provide gluten free food, but just added the symbols to get more clients. So we had to lose 30 mins between the very kind waiters and the kitchen explaining and asking specifically what they were using to make the plates. It took a lot of effort, but we had a nice dinner. Celiacs, don’t trust the “Gluten free” items on their menu, be very aware both of this and of contamination.
