L'AROME

I am gluten intolerant. Breakfast potatoes are breaded so not GF. I was given extra fruit to compensate. I asked for GF toast (ok to toast in regular toaster since I am not celiac) and asked that bread be fully toasted. Sadly, toast were cold and barely toasted. I commented and left the bread in my plate but was still charged 1.50. Disappointing. The rest of my party’s food was good. Food and coffee need to be hotter.

We take the trouble to ask the Maitre d'hôtel if there is a gluten-free menu. He tells us yes. We're going to sit down. It takes more than 10 minutes before being asked if you want a coffee. Then the waitress tells us that the kitchen does nothing gluten-free. Ordinary. At least she offered us the coffee already served.
