Congratulations, in reality the stars would be 6 because Michelin would deserve another one. Everything impeccable, fair value for money, a special mention for the attention they pay to food intolerances/allergies. In our case, celiac disease, an absolutely satisfactory treatment. During our visit to Montepulciano my girlfriend and I stopped in this restaurant by pure chance. It was a wonderful lunch, with service, food and presentation of the dishes at the level of some starred restaurants. The price is a little above average, but given how we ate we would have happily spent even more. The staff, in addition to presenting each dish, is super helpful for any eventuality. In our case we needed gluten-free dishes, and we were treated splendidly with special entrées/accompaniments, as well as having modified small details of the dishes so that they could be enjoyed in total safety. Nothing to say, excellent and refined dishes, impeccable service seasoned with a relaxing environment. The desserts are culinary experiences you absolutely must try.
