Had to look a bit for a restaurant with glutenfree food. This chef spoke English and knew what he was talking about. He had many options/variations on the menu so I had much choice. Next day, no sign of celiac symptoms so he must have done a great job in keeping things clear. On top of that, the food was delicious and for a good price. We loved it.
