After the great disappointment of not finding only one option in the Sandyan pastry shop, we decided to try our luck with this second pastry also announced among the 10 options of establishments which offer gluten-free pastries in Toulouse. We went there on purpose with the hope of being able to taste a Parisian flan and the disappointment was enormous when the saleswoman was amazed upon hearing the word "gluten-free" and had to ask her colleague what I meant. finally they offered us only one option of a cupcake that was on a counter in contact with gluten products without any sort of separation.
