Absolutely sublime! What a lovely surprise from every point of view: delicious food, everything is really perfect, the tastes, the research in the dishes and the combinations, the cooking, the delicacy of the plating...the very pretty place, very well cared for. It’s a very refined place and cuisine. In addition, the chef and his team are very open to adapting the dishes to vegans and gluten-free guests. Very nice open-mindedness... And there is a real ethical approach, with local and healthy products, short circuit. I really highly recommend it and I will come back very quickly, clearly it was a nice surprise and without fail I am won over! A big thank-you :) Lauren Bachet
