Gluten free, gluten free, celiac. We were at the fair in town, lost in a desert of barbecues, bread and contamination. Looking for a gluten-free meal as we have celiac disease. After being bounced by all the food stands, we found this oasis: AIC certifications since 300 BC. to date 2024, attached to the entrance door. We enter and find a smiling gentleman preparing the pizza dough. He washes his hands and prepares two pizzas for us to take away with gluten-free dough (+€3.50 to the list price) in the oven separately. Fantastic. Good dough, right seasoning. After having tasted the gluten-free pizzas of Milan, I can say that the one I ate today in a little place in the upper Pavia area can rival even the most famous preparations. I wish only the best for this business that has chosen to make this far-sighted choice and has distinguished itself from a simple provincial pizzeria.
It also makes home deliveries to neighboring countries.
