Even though there was only one pizza chef, he was also quick to make gluten-free meals, which was recommended

Gluten free, gluten free, celiac. We were at the fair in town, lost in a desert of barbecues, bread and contamination. Looking for a gluten-free meal as we have celiac disease. After being bounced by all the food stands, we found this oasis: AIC certifications since 300 BC. to date 2024, attached to the entrance door. We enter and find a smiling gentleman preparing the pizza dough. He washes his hands and prepares two pizzas for us to take away with gluten-free dough (+€3.50 to the list price) in the oven separately. Fantastic. Good dough, right seasoning. After having tasted the gluten-free pizzas of Milan, I can say that the one I ate today in a little place in the upper Pavia area can rival even the most famous preparations. I wish only the best for this business that has chosen to make this far-sighted choice and has distinguished itself from a simple provincial pizzeria. It also makes home deliveries to neighboring countries.

A little rough place and with few seats, but overall clean. Friendly and quick waiters. The quality of the pinsa is absolutely super and no savings on condiments. Also present is gluten-free pinsa cooked in the dedicated oven (AIC certified), delicious and crunchy. It deserves it.
