Dear management,
I would like to share my Valentine's Day experience at your restaurant, which was unfortunately disappointing. On Tuesday, February 14, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., I had dinner with you. Despite repeated requests, I was assured that my food was gluten-free. Unfortunately the penne pasta was not prepared accordingly and I ate it with confidence. Unfortunately, I felt very sick after eating and vomited all night long. It is important that your waiters are made aware of intolerances and take them seriously. I therefore urge you to train your employees accordingly to avoid such incidents in the future.A very disappointed customer
