I have had problems with gluten for several years and eating pizza has always been a big problem for me. I met Matteo Toma... and this meeting marked the turning point. Not only did I eat a whole pizza from him without any problems but I also ate his delicious desserts. the Pizza Artisan revealed himself to be a profound connoisseur of the world of bread-making and answered all my thousand questions and doubts about flours, the raw materials used were excellent, and all incorporated into a warm and welcoming place. If I could give more stars I would gladly do so. They would be deserved!
