Everything(!) is gluten free and the ice cream was really amazing! I ate mascarpone & nutella, Cheesecake & pistachio and nocciola. Very nice staff who knew good English. Recommended!

Small artisanal ice cream shop in the center of Volterra, all Gluten Free. I took a cone flavored with pistachio cheesecake, the award-winning Ersilia Cream, and salted caramel. What can I say, delicious!
