If you want to eat a good gluten-free sandwich in Bilbao, this restaurant could be a good option. The sandwiches are very good, with particular flavors and combinations but surprisingly delicious. There are also several tasty appetizers.
The service and cleanliness of the place could be improved, however.

All the bourgeois are brutal as always, the massive natxos are a spectacle. Also, gluten-free bread is great, which fails in many places either because there isn't any or because it's like a brick. Thank you Markos and here's to another 10 more years!!!
