Be sure to try La Colombiana food cart while you are visiting Mountain Village/Telluride! The food was delicious, and there were several gluten-free options. Two ladies were working. Both ladies were lovely. We had a chance to talk more with Erika, who made sure that we had all of the appropriate accompaniments for our meal selections. The weather was perfect, so we ate our meal while sitting at the outdoor tables right next to the cart. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
