LA MANIGUETTE - restaurant bistronomique proche Lille

I ate there this afternoon, the food and service were just excellent. Every meal was delicious, the food pairings and cooking wonderful. One of the people who accompanied me didn't eat meat and another didn't eat gluten, the very kind chef came and took the time to listen to us by adapting certain things, thank you again 🙏 (and it's not expensive at all compared to the quality)

We have been twice and they always manage to surprise us. The Maniguette team is charming and works with passion and love. This is evident in each of their dishes. The combination of flavors is something indescribable (you have to visit them to understand it!). Mixture of flavors that would never have occurred to me and the result is excellent and surprising. The dishes are works of art presented where they take care of even the smallest detail. They always have a meat option and a fish option with a side of fresh, seasonal vegetables. We are gluten intolerant (we notified in advance) and they prepared special appetizers and...desserts for us! In fact, they usually have quite a variety of gluten-free desserts and that is difficult to find. The wine recommendations are excellent and accurate. The price is not cheap but the quality of the products, the preparation and the overall service justifies it 100%. In La Maniguette you will not just find a restaurant, you will live an incredible experience. Also, if you have the flexibility to stop by at midday during the week, the menu costs just over €14 (now that's a gift!). I recommend 100% and we will repeat for sure.
