I am celiac (gluten intolerance) and multi-allergic and what a joy it was for me to eat at Sandia during my stay in Toulouse! The entire menu is gluten-free (except one dish) and offers vegan or vegetarian alternatives for certain dishes. The dishes are just divine! What a joy to eat a meal of this quality without the risk of getting sick from gluten. We liked it so much that we went there three nights in a row. The service is also top notch! A big thank you to Sandia!
