LIT Pizza - Airline Hwy

Overall, it was a good experience. A few detractors, inattentive workers, napkins not at tables but at trash receptacles, pricing slightly high, but not awful. Food was tasty, and they knew what items were gluten-free and which were not. They also had cauliflower crust for those on low-carb diets. The environment is loud and echoes a lot. It's not great for conversing. All told, would still go again.

I love the pizza and I specifically love that they have gluten-free and a cauliflower crust (which both are awesome). My only thing that I strongly dislike is that every employee that makes the pizza, work at a very slow pace as if there isn’t a line almost out of the door. I think they should definitely teach their employees great customer service along with quick service.
