LOTUS LAO and THAI CUISINE

Wow! What a find! This should be an Edmonton and Area - you must eat here! We've gone twice to Stony Plain for eat in and both times had the Tom Yum (great for the freezing days). She made fresh broth for gluten free (advised to call in advance so she can accommodate). If you like really spicy - the Thai Heat is where its at. The spring rooms are giant (about 6" long and house made. Green onion cakes also fantastic. We've also picked up for take-out her Pad Thai, and so far it didn't disappoint.
