Excellent Ceviche (custom-made gluten-free) was super good 😋

Let's say my rating is more like 3.5. The dishes are excellent: original, well served, very good taste and very good value for money. In addition, the menu is really diverse and allows all types of diets to express themselves (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.). The cocktails are good and at a Lausanne price (let's say it like this). The atmosphere is nice. The decor too. Only downside: the service. Not that the waiters and waitresses weren't friendly but the service was slow and disorganized: -> Very long to make the first order (even to get the services on our table). -> very long to receive the aperitif -> Drinks served after the dishes (during the second service of drinks between the aperitif and the main course) -> Arrived at 8:30 p.m., left at 11:15 p.m. having eaten a starter, a main course and drunk 2 cocktails. We cannot say that it is very effective. We didn't even have time to ask for dessert before everything was put away around us. -> Not once the same server -> a waitress brought us things that we hadn't ordered 3 times (and grumbled when we said it wasn't ours). It was actually at the next table each time. -> Not once did we come and ask ourselves “if things were going” well etc. So that seems like a lot but I still highly recommend this establishment (while hoping that it improves in terms of on-site service). Our experience was not undermined by the service, we had a good time. I would like to point out that the service, for the reservation, was really flexible and very friendly. My advice for the establishment itself: assign servers to tables. I think all the points I mentioned can be resolved this way. Best regards
